Gamescom 2026 delivered a surprising number of new multiplayer games, we stopped at the impressive number of 30, but the biggest games expo had a ton more that we could not include anymore.
This week, we talk about a ton of world premieres, from HoYoVerse's monster hunting game NODUSFALL to the Arabian Nights inspired RPG, 1001 Threads of Mizan, and a survival game by the Dead by Daylight studio: Exterminauts!
We also take a look at various FPS and ARPGs, like Gears of War: E-Day, Tarae: The Unbound, Wolcen 2, Gravhounds.
There’s plenty for strategy fans too, with Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Remake, Afterworld and Game of Thrones: War for Westeros bringing different takes on multiplayer strategy.
And to wrap things up, we’ve got newly confirmed release dates for Path of Exile 2, Aniimo and ANANTA, which might or might not get co-op features, plus a closer look at some of the most suprising multiplayer reveals from Gamescom!
